Konstantinos was born in 1982 and is a member of the Athens Bar Association and legal practitioner in the U.K. and the U.S.A. He is the founder of Major & Grove International Law Offices (January 2017) and, since 2009, has been serving as Legal Counsel of domestic and international shipping institutions. Konstantinos has a profound academic background entailing distinctions in prominent Greek and international Law Schools.
Konstantinos has developed a prolific expertise in corporate, corporate governance, and global and comparative shipping and tax law. He specializes in complex transactional law including sale and purchase of ships, shipping finance, joint ventures and capital markets. Konstantinos has extensive experience in contract drafting and, through his associations in Greek and foreign institutions, he participates in the development of law, rules and regulations, predominantly related to shipping and tax laws.
