Fani joined Major & Grove in 2019 and has been a core member of the team throughout the years. Fani is focusing on shipping transactions (ship finance and S&P), shipping claims, yacht registrations and is also actively involved in corporate law matters (establishment of companies, shareholders agreements, M&As etc.). Fani has also gained significant experience in most areas of Greek law, including real estate, tax (advisory and audits) and immigration matters.
