Fani Bakourou
Senior Associate
Fani joined Major & Grove in April 2019 as a Trainee Attorney-at-Law, continued as an Associate after qualifying as an Attorney-at-Law in 2021 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2023. Fani has been focusing on shipping claims, dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration and has been providing advice on a variety of shipping matters. She is actively involved in shipping transactions including ship finance and S&P as well as in yacht registrations. Fani also has experience in most areas of Greek law, including real estate, tax (advisory and audits) and corporate (establishment of Greek private companies, shareholders agreements, M&A etc.) as well as immigration matters.
