Before joining Major & Grove in January 2024, Eleni spent 8 years in the City of London, where she specialised in high-value UK and international commercial litigation cases before the English High Court, and in institutional arbitration cases.
At Major & Grove, Eleni channels her extensive experience into the shipping sector, focusing on ship finance, joint ventures, and maritime transactions. Her work involves drafting and negotiating ship finance agreements, sale and purchase agreements, newbuilding contracts, and providing strategic advice on corporate governance and shareholders agreements.
